Advanced Esthetician & Spa Therapy
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:
Upon completion of this program students will have the skills and knowledge to register with the Florida Board of Cosmetology as a Registered Facial specialist and to seek employment in a spa, clinic, salon or resort setting where a variety of spa treatments are offered. Also a certification to apply as a Body Wrapper will be awarded.

This program has 900 hours of theory, practice and clinical training.
Services: All students are required to complete at least 100 services as part of their applied clinical training.
Services are: Facials-40; Body tratements-10; Hair removal-10; Make-up-10. Sanitation & Equipment2- Water Therapy treatments 2- Aromatherapy treatments 2- Exfoliation treatments 2- Body Wraps treatments 2- Spa Foot treatments 2- Fangotherapy & Chocotherapy treatments 2- Thalassotherapy treatments 2- Lymphatic Drainage treatments 2- Stone Massage treatment 2- Spa treatments practical training 10.
A student who has completed the 600 hours (theory, practice and services) of the Skin Care Technician portion of the program may apply to become a Registered Facial Specialist.
Upon completion of the program student will also be able to apply for licensing as a Body Wrapper to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
Students successfully completing the 900 hours will receive a diploma.
